Our Reason Why:

Praise for a Purpose isn’t just something we created—it’s something we carry. It started with Ashten, our daughter, our sister, our friend.

Ashten had this beautiful way of loving people. She was the kind of person who would drop everything to help someone in need. Her smile lit up every room, and her laugh was the kind you didn’t forget. She made people feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. That was just who she was.

She had a deep love for Jesus and a passion for music. One of her dreams was to bring people together—to create a space where families and communities could come worship, laugh, cry, and feel God’s presence. That dream stayed with her, and now it’s what Praise for a Purpose is all about.

Even in her passing, Ashten continued to give. She was an organ donor, and through that, she gave others a second chance at life. That was Ashten—always giving, always loving, even to the very end.

This isn’t just an event. It’s our way of honoring her. It’s our way of sharing her heart with the world. Ashten is the reason we do this. And we pray that through this, others feel the same love she gave so freely.
